Refund and Returns Policy

Tribe Defense Academy Refund & Reschedule Policy

By registering for any class, range session, private lesson, or training event with Tribe Defense Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

GENERAL POLICY

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled class date.
• Students may reschedule one (1) time at no charge when notice is provided more than 48 hours before class.
• Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of class are subject to applicable rescheduling fees.
• Any cancellation or reschedule request made less than 24 hours before class will be treated as a no-show.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
• All rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of the original class date.
• Classes may not be rescheduled more than 30 days into the future.
• Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may be denied entry and treated as a no-show.

REFUND POLICY

More Than 7 Days Before Class– Students may cancel and receive a full refund.

Within 7 Days of Class– No refunds will be issued. Students may utilize the applicable rescheduling options outlined below.

MARYLAND HQL CLASSES

• More than 48 hours before class: One free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours before class: $50 reschedule fee.
• Less than 24 hours before class: Treated as a no-show.
• No-show: No refund, credit, or reschedule.
• Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days.

MARYLAND/DC CONCEALED CARRY INITIAL CLASSES

• More than 48 hours before class: One free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours before class: $100 reschedule fee.
• Day 2 reschedule requests: $100 reschedule fee.
• Less than 24 hours before class: Treated as a no-show.
• No-show: No refund, credit, or reschedule.
• Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days.

Students who miss any portion of the required training will not receive certification until all required training requirements have been completed.

MARYLAND/DC CONCEALED CARRY RENEWAL CLASSES

• More than 48 hours before class: One free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours before class: $75 reschedule fee.
• Less than 24 hours before class: Treated as a no-show.
• No-show: No refund, credit, or reschedule.
• Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days.

ALL OTHER CLASSES

• More than 48 hours before class: One free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours before class: $25 reschedule fee.
• Less than 24 hours before class: Treated as a no-show.
• No-show: No refund, credit, or reschedule.
• Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days.

WHY WE HAVE THESE POLICIES

Our classes are intentionally kept small to provide individualized instruction and a better training experience. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other students from attending and impact instructor scheduling, classroom preparation, and range reservations.

We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to respecting the time of our instructors and fellow students.

**At all State state-mandated classes (Conceal Carry & HQL), we are also unable to admit students more than 15 minutes after the start time. Please plan to arrive on time. No exceptions or refunds will be made.

Range Training Sessions

Range training appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling.

Due to range scheduling, instructor availability, and reserved training time, there are no refunds for range training sessions once booked. Students who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, templates, and online materials, are nonrefundable. Once purchased, access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
