Tribe Defense Academy Refund & Reschedule Policy

Class Refunds and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Refunds are available up to 7 days before your scheduled class date. Within 7 days of the class, refunds are no longer available, but you’re welcome to reschedule one time to any available future class. To help us manage class size, all reschedule requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the class start date and time. Within the 48 hour period before your class the late rescheduling fee for the Conceal Carry classes is $100, HQL $50, Conceal Carry Renewal $50, and all other classes $25. There are absolutely no rescheduling options available the day of your class.

At all State state-mandated classes (Conceal Carry & HQL), we are also unable to admit students more than 15 minutes after the start time. Please plan to arrive on time. No exceptions can be made.

Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, templates, and online materials, are nonrefundable. Once purchased, access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
