Tony Mike Hart, a lifelong firearm enthusiast and competition shooter, turned his passion into a profession after years of encouragement from others who admired his natural teaching ability. Now an NRA and USCCA-certified instructor, Tony combines technical expertise with patient, practical teaching methods to ensure every student walks away with confidence and real-world skills.

Shani Hart is both the administrative backbone of Tribe Defense Academy and an USCCA and NRA-certified instructor. She focuses primarily on creating and leading classes and events designed specifically for women, ensuring students feel empowered and supported in a welcoming environment. In addition, she assists in teaching other courses, bringing her own insight and energy to the classroom. Her leadership in scheduling, logistics, and event coordination ensures that Tribe Defense Academy runs smoothly while also expanding the ways we connect with our community.
